        We are delighted to announce enhancements to the ATM Control Center VRU. The  enhancements will allow members to access ATM status, last financial transaction, open incident and cash position information 24 hours a day without operator assistance.

        To access this new feature, call 1-800-622-1040, select option 1 to get an ATM status or Send Commands
                                    Select 1 for touch-tone callers
                                    Select 3 to get ATM status information
                                    Enter ATM ID
                                    To repeat, Press 1
                                    For Open Incidents, Press 2
                                    For Cash Position, Press 3 (Cash Remaining and Cash Threshhold)
                                    For another ATM status, press 4
                                    *Press 5 to Send a Command
